BRENT HAVERKAMP, OWNER
Brent graduated from Iowa State University in 1989 with a degree in computer science. After graduation, he accepted a position with Iowa State, and eventually started his own computer consulting company. While working in the computer field, Brent became interested in real estate. After purchasing his first rental property in 1991 he was hooked. He continued to invest in real estate and started Haverkamp Properties in 1996.
When he’s not working, Brent and his wife enjoy spending time with their four children and attending their many sporting activities. Summer is a favorite season for the family, as they love water-skiing and boating on the lake. Brent is also an avid pilot and enjoys the “birds-eye view” as he flies his plane around the United States.

TODD WUESTENBERG, COO
Todd has been working for Haverkamp Properties for nearly five years and has been in the Ames real estate market for 15 years. He oversees all of Haverkamp's properties in Ames, Cedar Rapids and the Des Moines area. He is also responsible for the overall operations of the Haverkamp Properties portfolio, including; office personnel, staff training and leasing. In his free time Todd enjoys: spending time with his wife and four children; serving within a local church; and training for and running marathons.

PAUL WILKIN, CFO
Paul is our Chief Financial Officer. He graduated from Iowa Sate University and has been working and living in the Iowa ever since. In his time away from work he loves spending time with his wife and four kids, as they enjoy going to basketball events together.

HALEIGH STEERE, INTERNET PRESENCE MANAGER
Haleigh has been working for Haverkamp Properties since January 2008. She graduated from Iowa State University with a fine arts degree in Interior Design. She is responsible for Haverkamp's regional portfolio and design for the Ames, Cedar Rapids and the Des Moines area. In her free time Haleigh enjoys: spending time with her family and friends, shopping for her baby niece, designing, making music, and traveling.

SPENCER NELSON, LEASING AGENT
Spencer is one of our Ames Leasing Agents. He has been with Haverkamp Properties for one year. He has really enjoyed all the people he gets to meet and work with each day. Along with working at Haverkamp Properties, Spencer is a full time student. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling to new places sharing the Gospel, and playing basketball with the boss.

HEATHER KERENS, ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Heather is one of our Leasing Agents in Ames. She is currently taking online classes full-time and will soon transfer to Iowa State University to complete a Master's in Accounting. Heather's favorite part of the job is helping people find their new homes, especially when they get excited about living with us. In her spare time, Heather loves learning how to cook and bake new things, making crafts and homemade gifts, and traveling home to visit her sister and nephews.

THAD BROWN, FACILITIES MANAGER
Thad has been with Haverkamp Properties for six years. He has a degree in Economics from Iowa State University . He is HVAC certified and a licensed Taxidermist. His hobbies include hunting and fishing.
LARRY SORENSON, MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Larry has been with Haverkamp Properties since 2009. Born in raised here in Ames, he is married and has three sons and three grandchildren. Larry's hobbies include spoiling the grandkids, collecting parts to restore his '57 Chevy, watching a little television sometimes, and driving his racecar at Boone and Marshalltown on summer weekends.
